Torguson & Associates is a boutique, woman-owned research administration consulting firm, helping universities, colleges, research institutes, nonprofits, and small businesses find, apply for, and manage external grant funding. We provide wrap-around sponsored programs support and temporary staffing for our clients’ research enterprises.

Kirsten has more than 30 years of experience in research administration, and has served in senior leadership positions at both public and private universities. She received her Master’s Degree in Research Administration in 2013 from the University of Central Florida, where she also taught grant writing as adjunct faculty. She is a Certified Research Administrator, and is an active member of the National Council of University Research Administrators (NCURA) and the Society of Research Administrators International (SRAI). Kirsten is a proud alumna of the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses Program. Torguson & Associates, founded in 2010, is an SBA- and WBENC-certified woman-owned small business.
